Quantum Swing Trader - Charting Software And A Good Broker

About the only things not included in the Quantum Swing Trader package are charting software, a brokerage account and trading capital. You’re on your own finding that start-up trading capital, but I can provide you with some help concerning the other two requirements. There are many good brokers out there and if you are happy with your current broker, there is probably little or no reason to change. If you need to open a brokerage account, or are unhappy with your current arrangement, my two recommended brokers are OptionsXpress and ThinkOrSwim.

As far as charting is concerned, you will not need proprietary software or indicators. This is no “black box”, leaving you in the dark as to how buy and sell signals are generated. You will learn how to configure your software to search out and assess trading opportunities. On the screen capture videos, Bill Poulos walks you through how to configure Advanced GET, TC2007, and Trade Navigator.

If you do not already use one these programs, my recommendation would be to favor TC2007 from Worden as the software is provided to you at no cost and the data feed is very affordable. Worden does an excellent job of supporting the software and educating its user base as to how to maximize its software. The cost for everything will set you back less than $300, while giving you excellent capabilities.

The other two programs are pricier, as are their data feeds. Using TC2005, once configured, you will be able to sort through thousands of stocks using the Quantum Swing Trader criteria in a matter of minutes. Bill Poulos walks you through exactly how to configure the software so that you can sort through the universe of stocks and quickly identify those that are poised for potentially big moves.

In addition to an elegant set of trading rules, Bill Poulos also incorporates stringent money management principles. Effective money management is the difference between a successful, profitable trader and the poor individuals who go bust after a couple bad trades. How Does Quantum Swing Trader Compare

I have been a big fan of Instant Profits and thought that the subsequent release of the Super Divergence Blue Print was a solid addition to that trading system. While I have not yet back-tested Quantum Swing Trader, there is no doubt in my mind that it is a profitable system when properly used. In fact, I expect that it is a superior trading system because it allows for unlimited profits. I am quite pleased adding it to my trading library, plan to invest more of my time with it, and look forward to incorporating it into my trading regimen.
