TheOptionClub.com is an educational website created to help individual investors learn what it takes to really make their living trading stocks and options in the markets. We focus heavily upon sound fundamentals, disciplined and prudent risk management, and the use of adjustments to modify an options positions to our benefit.
Our offerings include a great deal of complimentary material, but we also offer a paid membership to our “Trading Room.” This includes unrestricted access to video course material produced by ourselves, as well as other materials licensed from other providers. You also are entitled to attend weekly on-line presentations, participate in member’s only discussions, and more.
Christopher Smith, B.B.A., J.D.
The principal and founder of TheOptionClub.com is Christopher Smith. He is a practicing attorney in Los Angeles, CA, and actively trades both stocks and options in his and his family’s accounts. He began his investing and trading career in the 1980’s, just in time to witness the October 1987 market crash, and has maintained both an avid and financial interest in the markets ever since.
It is through Chris’ contacts in the industry that he is able to bring top-notch guest speakers to TheOptionClub.com’s community. Past presentations including both live in-person events as well as web-casts have featured Don Kaufman from ThinkOrSwim, Alex Jacobson from the ISE, Ron Ianieri, Dan Sheridan, John Summa, Ph.D., Bill Poulos, A.J. Brown, and more. Many of the presentations are offered to TheOptionClub.com community free of charge and without any financial obligation.
